1. Information we collect
We collect the participant's name, email address, brokerage or company, course registration details, and information supplied through course enquiries. Our payment service provider, Stripe, processes payment card and transaction information; we do not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card numbers through the course website.
Routine technical information, such as web requests or security logs, may be processed by our website host and service providers for operation, availability and security.
2. How information is used
We use registration information to process and reconcile payment, administer course enrolment, deliver joining instructions and materials, communicate important programme changes, provide any eligible coaching, and meet record-keeping and legal obligations.
Registering for the course does not automatically enrol a participant in unrelated promotional mailing lists. Separate consent or another lawful basis is needed for applicable commercial electronic messages.
3. Service providers and disclosure
We may use Stripe for secure payments, Cloudflare for website hosting, DreamHost for email, and a virtual-conferencing or file-sharing service for course access and materials. We share information with those providers only as reasonably required for these purposes. Service providers may store or process data outside British Columbia or Canada subject to their own privacy and security practices.
We do not sell student contact details or provide registrant lists to other students.
4. Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed to administer the course, respond to enquiries, meet tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and fulfil legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, recognizing that no online system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Requests and corrections
For questions about personal information or to request access to, or correction of, information we hold, email info@developmentlandmasterclass.ca. We will respond in accordance with applicable privacy law.
6. Changes
Updates to this notice will be shown on this page. Material changes affecting information already provided will be handled as required by applicable law.
