1. Course and delivery
The Development Land Assembly Masterclass is a three-day, instructor-led, live virtual professional education programme intended primarily for real estate professionals. The scheduled class takes place Monday, November 23 through Wednesday, November 25, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on each date. Planned teaching time totals approximately 18 hours, exclusive of scheduled breaks.
Delivery is by live online video conferencing. Participants will receive instructions for accessing the sessions at the email address submitted at registration. The programme addresses land assembly opportunity identification, development feasibility, owner negotiations, execution strategy and practical case studies. The provider may make reasonable adjustments to instructors, examples and sequence of topics without materially reducing the advertised instruction.
2. Registration, tuition and taxes
The inaugural-class tuition is CAD $1,995, discounted from the advertised regular tuition of CAD $2,495. Tuition must be paid in full at online checkout. One completed registration admits one named participant and cannot be shared. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, instalment plan or additional required materials fee.
Applicable sales tax is added at checkout based on the relevant tax rules and information supplied. For a taxable B.C. registration subject to 5% GST:
| Tuition | CAD $1,995.00 |
| GST (5%) | CAD $99.75 |
| Total | CAD $2,094.75 |
The customer will have the opportunity to review the final total before submitting payment. A registration is confirmed only after successful payment is received. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the registered participant's name, email address and brokerage or company details are accurate.
3. Cancellations, refunds and transfers
Registrations are final. There are no voluntary refunds for a change of mind, scheduling conflict, non-attendance or attendance for fewer than all three days, except as required by applicable law.
A participant may request one transfer to a later offering of the same Masterclass by emailing info@developmentlandmasterclass.ca at least seven calendar days before the scheduled start of the November 23, 2026 course. Requests must identify the registered participant and be confirmed in writing by the provider. A transfer is subject to availability in a later course, and no future offering or date is guaranteed. Transfer requests made later than the seven-day deadline need not be approved.
If the provider cancels the Masterclass or materially changes its scheduled dates and a participant does not accept the alternative offered, the participant may elect a full refund of the tuition and taxes paid. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or replaces rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Requests and notices should be sent to info@developmentlandmasterclass.ca.
4. Digital course materials
A digital course booklet, including case-study scenarios and reference content, is ordinarily supplied by email or download link approximately one day before the Masterclass. Registered participants may retain their personal copies. The provider may offer selected supplemental resources through a temporary-access link for approximately 14–21 days after class; no ongoing resource library, permanent account or student portal is included.
All course slides, written materials, exercises and diagrams remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights. A participant may use their materials for individual professional study and reference, but may not distribute, publish, sell, license or reproduce the materials for others, or use them to offer competing instruction, without the provider's prior written permission.
5. Participation and technology
Participants are responsible for a reliable internet connection and a computer or comparable device equipped for live video conferencing. Active participation, including camera and microphone access and collaborative exercises, is expected.
Participants may not record, livestream, photograph or redistribute live course sessions or other participants' contributions without prior written authorization. Recordings of the class are not included in tuition. If the provider proposes to record any class content for internal quality or administrative purposes, participants will be given advance notice and any consent required by law will be obtained.
The provider may take reasonable measures to preserve a professional, respectful and confidential learning environment.
6. First-five coaching bonus
The first five participants whose inaugural-class registrations and payments are successfully completed are eligible for one complimentary 60-minute individual coaching session. Eligibility is based on the provider's verified order of successful payments, not on opening a registration link or beginning checkout.
Coaching is available by mutual scheduling and must be completed within 90 calendar days after the Masterclass concludes. It is non-transferable, has no cash value and is not separately refundable. Once five eligible registrations have been received, the promotional offer closes.
7. Education and professional responsibility
The course is educational and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, engineering or other regulated professional advice. Participants are responsible for exercising their own judgment, seeking qualified advice where appropriate, and satisfying licensing, agency, confidentiality and regulatory obligations applicable to their work.
Enrolment does not guarantee an assembly, listing, purchase, sale, commission, business result or level of income. The course is not represented as an accredited professional development credit programme.
8. Information and communications
Information collected at registration, including names, email addresses, brokerage or company names and transaction records, is used to process payments, administer enrolment and provide course-related communications. Payment information is processed by the payment provider. Please review the Privacy Policy.
Registration for the course is not consent to unrelated commercial email campaigns. Any promotional communications will be handled separately under applicable law.
9. Acceptance, notices and contact
By completing payment and accepting these terms at checkout, the registering participant acknowledges the published course details, tuition, transfer and refund terms, and other conditions of enrolment.
For questions, accessibility arrangements, cancellation notices or requests for a copy of these terms, contact info@developmentlandmasterclass.ca.
